Further to the Government's announcement on 20th March 2020, we've been asked to power down and stop all flying.
Whilst this is a great shame for so many, it is of course the right time for us to do so under these extremely difficult circumstances and we fully support the Government's decision.
We appreciate, however, that this leaves many of our customers in limbo - so I'm hopeful this note provides some useful information.
If you have a booking with us whilst we're closed, we'll be postponing that booking automatically and you do not need to get in touch with us right now. We'll be contacting you via email (if we haven't already) with next steps.
If you're in possession of a valid voucher, then of course we'd like to assure you that you will still be able to use it when we re-open.
I'd actively encourage all of our customers to check out our Social Media pages & homepage for regular updates and any developments. Rest assured that as soon as we power up again, we'll be letting you all know.
Please be aware that our Customer Service Team will not be in a position to take calls under the circumstances, so your patience at this time is greatly appreciated.
For any matters of urgency, you may email support@iflyworld.co.uk and we'll do our very best to respond as swiftly as we can.
That's just about it for now, but please allow me to extend my sincerest apologies to all those affected by our closure and, on behalf of the entire team at iFLY, best wishes to you and your loved ones.
Please stay safe and stay healthy - and we'll see you soon.
