At iFLY Manchester, we've been massively inspired of late by the wonderful Glen Mills, an 82 yr young lady who is wheelchair bound and suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. Glen flys with us every week, proving that you are never too young to amazing things, even when you have to overcome physical hurdles to do them.

With Valentine’s day just a few weeks away, once again we are reaching for those posters with the Love is in the Air (everywhere I look around) headlines. Yes, it’s time for that tunnel of love campaign to be rolled out once more.
The first wind tunnel I ever flew in was Skyventure Orlando, I was on a skydiving trip with some friends, jumping at two drop zones in Florida, DeLand and Zephyr Hills. We were excited to try out this vertical wind tunnel thing that we'd heard of, and to see what all the fuss was about. People were saying that the future of skydiving will be different if these contraptions ever catch on, so we had to check it out for ourselves.
iFLY love to science the heck out of our education experiences, bringing physics and forces to life, in a fun and exhilarating way for school pupils to enjoy.
However, in the spirit of challenging the theory that we know everything, iFLY has teamed up with the geniuses at Fun Science who've taken our popular STEM school sessions into the stratosphere!

My name is Janet and I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Due to having reduced mobility, I cannot walk unaided. For anything more than a few feet I have to use a wheelchair and I also use a walking stick or a rollator for shorter distance. But I CAN FLY!
